8+ years experience in (ideally) FMCG sector as a senior level Brand Manager
Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer & shopper behaviour, category management & business insights in FMCG context; strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
Strong leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment; experience leading implementation of process/structure to optimize output
Expert level agency management, from briefing to idea selection through to excellent execution in production
Creative thinker and innovator, having led program from ideation to execution.
