Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
In consultation with Management, develop a staffing model to meet the business needs for budget planning and business unit performance.
Manage staffing requirements, monitor rostering to ensure budgetary compliance and undertake workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance development and appraisal.
Undertake research and analysis to progress business improvement recommendations.
Provide input into operational plans, strategies and continuous improvement projects, including information technology.
Manage the effective coordination of responses to correspondence, briefing notes, submissions and other ministerial requests and provide a secretariat function to management meetings.
Provide leadership and direction to support staff, determining priorities and responding to and resolving issues.
Develop and maintain key relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
