The Role
Due to extensive growth, my client is looking for a talented individual to join their team in Brisbane or Sydney as a Senior Lead Business Analyst with Epicor Aged Care platform implementation experience.
The Business Analyst role is a key position in guiding and overseeing the business analysis and testing aspects of the Epicor Seniors Living Solution (SLS) implementation project team's efforts.
About you:
You will be outcomes focused with a strong track record on execution, and you will possess the ability to work at pace, while also being capable of both taking direction and working well independently. You're also an excellent communicator with the ability to engage and build rapport at all levels including with c-suites. It is vital you bring both business analysis and testing leadership capabilities with prior experience in one or more Epicor SLS implementations, and/or other home care platform projects.
Your Technical Skills:
- Experience working on integrated aged care solutions (strong preference for Epicor SLS).
- Demonstrated ability to create detailed and thorough use cases that will steer the development and testing process to facilitate successful implementation of the system.
- Align specifications, designs, and recommendations with legislated changes, business requirements, and best practices in the Aged Care industry (across Home Care and Retirement Villages) to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Experience developing test strategies, test plans and overseeing UAT processes with diverse business users.
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead and drive client workshops coupled with outstanding written skills to produce clear client correspondence and presentations.
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills that leads to positive influence, impact, and results.
- Broad Organisational Change Management awareness and capabilities to act as the conduit between the business, technical and specialist OCM teams.
- Self-starter who demonstrates ownership, accountability, and growth mindset.
