We are excited to offer the newly created, permanent role of Senior SAP Business Analyst.
The Senior SAP Business Analyst will join the team that is leading the Blackmores Digital Transformation initiative. This is a multi-year, enterprise-wide rollout of SAP across the entire Blackmores Group. This is a customer-focused role and requires a high-level of skill in scoping and analysing business process modelling and specification of system requirements.
The Business Analyst will work on various tasks such as collecting requirements from business stakeholders, creating the necessary RFP documentation and other documents as needed. The role requires clear communication, strong business acumen and solid SAP functional skills to liaise with business stakeholders, consultants, and system implementors.
Blackmores has offices in both Surry Hills and Warriewood.

Who are you?
- At least 10 years experience in a Business Analyst role scoping and supporting major IT transformation initiatives across large organisations
- Proven experience navigating various SAP value streams, including finance, manufacturing, supply chain and product lifecycle management
- Experience facilitating and developing SAP RFP requirements
- Strong analytical, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of adaptability, initiative, and flexibility
- Excellent workshop facilitation capabilities with various levels of business and technical stakeholders
