JBS can provide you with more than a job, it can provide a long-term rewarding career.Reporting to the Group Manager - HRIS, this role will be primarily responsible for managing the requirements gathering process of a Time and Attendance review.This role is critical in identifying improvements to how we track and manage capacity within the different businesses and sites. This person will be responsible for analysing timekeeping processes, tracking cost savings opportunities and ensuring that the company's time management practices align with labour laws and company policies.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements to support time and attendance
- Analysing data such as time, budgets, labour results and forecasts
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
- Creating functional specifications for solutions
- Estimating costs and identifying business savings
- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon for use across different roles in the business
- Assess requirements against solution options and provide calculated feedback on the different options
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand/document business requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equal experience in IT
- Strong experience with time and attendance systems and processes (Kronos preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Australian labour laws and regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Proficiency in process mapping and requirements gathering
- Strong writer
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and ask questions as needed
- Knowledge of agile and user stories.
- Strong ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple stakeholders.
- Documentation skills in developing technical data diagrams, reporting specifications and testing.
