Senior Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)

- Hybrid work arrangement - based in our office at Macquarie University and work from home

- You'll provide all round functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO ) platform
- Support delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting
- Support the business understand problems, develop solutions & implement through in-platform configuration in the areas of Finance, Suppply chain, Fixed Assets, inventory and retail
- Work with the business to gather requirements
- Develop detailed functional requirements to a standard that technical developers do not need to do more analysis
- Support the software delivery team during design sessions, gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables Support test team in creating D365 FO components of test plan and cases
- Support Product Owners in grooming a D365 FO backlog
- 3+ years demonstrated experience in Business Analysis
- 3+ years demonstrated experience in requirements definition and management
- 2+ years' hands on functional support experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Demonstrated experience in User Acceptance testing and management of this process
- High level of skills under Strategic Framework for the Information Age
- University degree in technical, computer science, or engineering discipline or industry certifications in CCBA/CBAP, DevOps, ITIL, COBIT, Risk Management, Security is desirable
- Flexibility to work on Saturday for deployments and system upgrades if required
