As a senior seasoned BA, you will demonstrate:
- Significant BA experience, across a wide range of IT systems and business process improvement initiatives.
- Very mature and influential business and stakeholder engagement ability.
- A proven ability to analyse and resolve problems, recommending effective solutions.
- Sound experience with, and knowledge of, the theories, principles and practices of IT business analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with business process re-engineering, workflow analysis, rules analysis, impact analysis, data models, use case modelling etc.
- Experience in working within both Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks and the ability to positively impact sucessful project delivery.
- An understanding of software testing processes.
