About the Role:
As a Senior Business Solution Expert, you will be at the forefront of our client's omnichannel retail evolution. Collaborating with a dynamic Tech Team, you'll lead the analysis, design, and implementation of crucial Business Solutions. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, your role will encompass effective communication across diverse support office functions and stakeholders, driving continuous business improvement through technology and process innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead end-to-end solution implementation projects, guiding them from conceptualization to deployment.
• Actively contribute to transformative initiatives across diverse Business Solution areas.
• Proactively identify and champion opportunities for improvement and innovation in both solution and process design.
• Serve as a thought leader, leveraging excellent commercial acumen to provide recommendations that optimise overall business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, offering strategic consultation and planning for impactful business changes.
• Expertly draw out, capture, and meticulously document requirements, skillfully shaping needs and requirements.
• Cultivate a culture of results-driven experimentation within the team.
• Provide support and mentorship to fellow members of the tech team.

Desired Skills & Background:

• Demonstrate effective business partnering skills coupled with advanced analytical and problem-solving proficiency.
• Showcase proven expertise in designing and maintaining solutions within a B2C omnichannel retail environment.
• Exhibit mastery in Agile and Scrum frameworks, along with a deep understanding of SaaS cloud architecture and ERP solutions, including Netsuite.
• Possess familiarity with enterprise data platforms, data analytics, and the ability to deliver business value through data exposure and analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey key messages to stakeholders.
• Capability to apply knowledge of current trends and best practices to build frameworks promoting continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment of change.
• Understanding of risk and issue management processes.
• Possess good judgement, commercial awareness, and forward-thinking ability.
