About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Activations and Education, this position sits in the People and Communications branch and has one direct report. This position will be responsible for the delivery of campaigns which are informed by behavioural science with the aim of increased reach, engagement, and enhanced safety outcomes for the community.
Working closely with the Behavioural Science and Education and Engagement team, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop end-to-end safety campaigns that tackle the safety risks faced in the industries we regulate.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across various platforms and media.
- Develop detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns effectively.
- Conduct research and gather data on safety concerns, trends, and best practices. Utilise this data to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign progress and impact. Prepare reports and presentations to demonstrate the effectiveness of safety initiatives.
- Promote and support safe, inclusive, and flexible team operations
Demonstrated experience working as part of a marketing, communications, digital marketing or media team.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field.
