Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate client claims, ensuring high-quality claims management services to achieve return-to-work outcomes.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and stakeholders, adhering to service standards and compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify and manage return-to-work barriers, implementing effective strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate data entry.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Case Management/Claims within Workers Compensation/Personal Injury.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation laws and regulations.
