- Maintain regular contact with customers and stakeholders, adhering to service standards and compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify and manage return-to-work barriers, implementing effective strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate data entry.
- 2-3 years of experience in Case Management/Claims within Workers Compensation/Personal Injury.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation laws and regulations.
