One of our large Australian corporation clients is seeking Senior Change Management professional with a background in HR and working across Cultural Change, Org Re-design / Operating Model Change to implement a People Strategy and Cultural shift within their Digital Business.
This organisation is going through major change including a new CEO who is focused on People First. They are seeking a delivery focussed Change Manager who is keen to roll their sleeves up and implement. This is a 12mth fixed term contract, hybrid working 3 days in Sydney office and 2 days WFH.
Experience required:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/People related field or Change Management.
- Experience leading complexed people change programs.
- Highly articulate in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience engaging different types and levels of stakeholders, including unionised frontline staff and senior corporate stakeholders.
- Strong execution focus and ability to deliver at pace.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity, and confidential information.
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities -internal and external ability to work under pressure and manage completing deadlines.
