Overview of the roleReporting to the Enterprise Change Manager, you will work enterprise wide to help deliver Coliban Water’s transformation agenda. You will be responsible for providing change management leadership for the priority initiatives and projects that are defined through Our Strategy. You will lead and manage change management activities on complex transformation programs and projects, with specific focus in our Business Excellence Workstream, with a focus on the Core Capability Uplift including the Payroll project.
A snapshot of your day
As our Senior Change Manager, you’ll be accountable for:
- Leading change management for the Payroll project and other future projects in the Core Capability Uplift program
- Ensuring the workstream project and initiatives include actionable and targeted change management plans – including stakeholder assessment and analysis, change impact assessments, engagement and communications plans, training strategies, and resistance and reinforcement measures
- Supporting the Enterprise Change Manager to design and implement actions to build the organisation change management practice, knowledge and capability across the organisation in line with our maturity model and targets
- Providing leadership, facilitation, coaching, and support to the Change Agent Network – the Change Management Community of Practice, made up of representatives from across the organisation, meeting by-monthly
To be considered for the role you’ll have:
- Extensive change management/analyst/project management experience
- Experience in managing enterprise-wide change programs
- Formal change practitioner accreditation or change methodology certification desirable.

Salary
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 5, $112,904 to $137,109 (excluding super) salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
