The REST Investments Team are undertaking a significant transformation journey. The Senior Change Manager, Investments is responsible for leading the Organisational Change Management Functions to deliver the IS&T roadmap which enables delivery of critical strategic projects as well as the optimisation and embedding of recently implemented systems and processes.

The REST Investments Team are undertaking a significant transformation journey. The Senior Change Manager, Investments is responsible for leading the Organisational Change Management Functions to deliver the IS&T roadmap which enables delivery of critical strategic projects as well as the optimisation and embedding of recently implemented systems and processes.
The core responsibilities of the Senior Change Manager include:
  • Apply a structured approach to organisational change management, ensuring articulation of scope, benefits and business outcomes of change required for the Investments organization.
  • Drive the adoption of solutions and benefits realisation through the end-to-end design and product delivery lifecycle through delivery of change strategy and plans across the portfolio of changes.
  • Take an active role with maturing the change practice within the Investments Division to ensure focus on people and successful transition to business as usual, working with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are clear and process maps are reflective of end-to-end business processes; project managers to ensure change activities are integrated in the schedule and Business Owners to ensure ownership and collaboration from early in the project lifecycle.
  • Manage a small team to support implementation of change management plans, change management artefacts, communications, impact assessments and business readiness activities including process maps and working with the business teams to complete procedure documentation.
  • Provide guidance to Investments Change Review Forum on change requests to ensure change is clearly understood and can be effectively prioritized, consider associated impacts to teams, change risks or issues, business resourcing requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model, Lean Change, or alternative change model.
  • Relevant tertiary or technical qualifications experience in a similar Change role
Required experience, understanding or credentials including:
  • Demonstarted change experience preferably within in a similar role in an Asset Owner implementing Investment capabilities and Tech Platforms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools and how to use these in an investment environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges, resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • Experience delivering change into senior investment stakeholders and able to work effectively with all levels in an organisation.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Technical Skills
  • Previous experience conducting impact assessments for technical change projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA and Confluence) and within an Agile delivery environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft environments, using Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience facilitating workshops and small group sessions in an online environment.
