Pure South Dining is based on an unwavering 'produce-driven' ethos. The produce is exceptional, managed by relationships with artisan farmers, fishermen and primary producers, all from Tasmania including King Island. The produce is mostly delivered directly from the farmer or fishermen to our kitchen at an unparalleled standard.
About the role
This is your opportunity to be part of a unique, well regarded and iconic venue in Melbourne, with a great team of hospitality professionals. Our chef brigade has a great core and we are looking for two talented people to join the team. We have two similar positions,
- Full time or casual position available
- Working with world class chefs and stunning produce
- Great learning, Executive Chef has Michelin Star Head Chef experience
- Stunning job location in the heart of Melbourne on the river
Skills & experience
- ideally, some Relevant Experience in excellent kitchens
- Excellent attitude to cooking, learning and improving
- A genuine ambition to contribute to a team
- we would prefer someone with a great attitude more than anything else
