Menu: Seasonal, Modern Australian cuisine inspired by Italian classics
Licence: Extensive wine list with rare 'cult' wines & welcome BYO
Trading Hours: Dinner; Wed to Sat | Lunch; Wed – Fri & Sun
Capacity: Up to 120 guests with a mix of degustation, A La Carte and special events.
Location: Just past the bohemian enclave of Melbourne's famous 'Brunswick St' precinct. Only 10 minutes from Melb CBD with ample parking & tram stop out front
An exciting opportunity join our team in Fitzroy.
- Must be able to lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Bounce idea's off the Head chef
- Must aspire to want the top job themselves!
Located only 10 minutes from the CBD, just past the bohemian enclave of Melbourne's famous 'Brunswick Street' precinct, with ample parking and a tram stop out the front.

- Able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
