Our Transport team is looking for an innovative, passionate and driven Civil Engineer who is looking to further their career delivering community shaping transport infrastructure projects across Australia. Our current and future projects include a mix of region shaping projects involving significant highway and major road upgrades projects, passenger rail, light rail, bus transit and active transport.

Job Description
What will a day look like in this role ?
- You will be working with a high performing multi-disciplinary teams across Australia and internationally.
- Get involved in detail design of highways, major arterial roads, public transport and active transport infrastructure
- Support Principal and above engineers with technical delivery and project management of projects.
- Work closely with our clients to solve their transport problems.
You will be supporting the team in winning, managing and delivering projects across a diverse range of transport infrastructure projects for private and public sector clients.
Qualifications
What are we looking for from you?
- We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with 5+ years of TMR and/or local government experience (or suitable interstate/overseas experience).
- Demonstrated experience in successfully bidding, winning and delivering Civil Infrastructure projects, particularly highway infrastructure projects to a high standard, within budget and on time;
- Passion for developing yourself to be a future leader, building client relationships and understanding our clients' needs
- Love working with people, mentoring and leading teams, and interacting with customers;
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent);
- Project management experience;
- Business development experience (desirable);
- RPEQ/CPEng (desirable).
