The Role
As part of the Civil Transport team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of infrastructure in Queensland. We're in search of technically proficient and client-focused individuals to help expand the Civil Engineering capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise to plan and execute projects that benefit both the company and clients
- Undertake a wide range of Civil Engineering activities – planning, design, construction supervision
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering their growth and development
- Take ownership of projects, managing resources and budgets to ensure quality outcomes
- Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for professional development
Key Criteria
- Hold a recognized Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- RPEQ or eligible
- Possess extensive knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, with experience in road and highway infrastructure design
- Highway design background for state road authorities
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in road and highway infrastructure projects
- Desire to mentor and grow less experienced Engineers
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in report writing and client interactions
