Our Clients are currently reaching out, with a view to securing highly experienced Contractors/Permanent candidates from the Construction, Engineering and Rail market sectors. This is a rare opportunity to partner on key projects currently in the pipeline on both a National and International Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver complex claims.
- Provide timely contractual and commercial advice.
- Claim preparation, defence and mitigation.
- Dispute resolution and essential mitigation advice.
- Work closely with engineering and legal teams.
- 10+ years’ experience working with either a contractor or consultancy as a Quantity Surveyor, Claims Consultant or Commercial Manager.
- Tertiary qualifications in QS/Engineering.
- Solid experience in claims management.
- Preferably experience in expert work, adjudications, arbitration and litigation.
- Experience on infrastructure, civil, resources and/or rail projects.
- Ability to present complex concepts to senior colleagues.
- Highly detailed and articulate communication skills.
