You will be responsible for delivering sales growth for our clients by providing service excellence, implementing strategic in-store solutions, responsible for all program financials and mentoring direct reports.
- Defining objectives and strategy with clients of product promotional campaigns;
- Build effective promotional projects for clients along with presenting recommendations to increase sales growth and identify opportunities to upsell services
- Manage your programs financial targets across revenue, cost and profitability
- Providing direction to direct reports to ensure they are meeting the client’s needs;
- Build long term relationships with key clients
- Proven Account Management Experience;
- Proven experience managing or coaching junior staff;
- Experience in achieving results in a retail environment;
- Ability to manage multiple projects;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Exceptional time management skills;
- Strong commercial acumen and problem solving skills;
