Oversee a team of Clinicians within a multi-disciplinary workforce to achieve sustained behaviour change.

Senior Clinicians at Cherry Creek will report directly to the Clinical Manager, Rehabilitation and Behaviour Support and provide leadership and direction to a team of Clinicians delivering offence-related programs and targeted interventions to young people with highly complex needs.
The Senior Clinician will collaborate, plan and manage a range of treatment plans, reports and risk assessment strategies that deliver evidence-based programs to support a young person's rehabilitation. They will also oversee and manage quality assurance, and ongoing professional development of activities, including providing input on policy development.
Relocation support may be available for the successful candidate.

To be successful in the role, you will be passionate about working with young people and providing leadership and guidance that drives sustained behaviour change and rehabilitative outcomes.
General Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is required.
