In this role you will:

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies, working in partnership with business areas.
• Plan and develop a wide range of engaging content for internal channels.
• Develop and maintain strong and productive working relationships with internal business units to ensure effective liaison regarding strategies and messaging to staff.
• Oversee key internal communication channels, including newsletters and relevant digital platforms.
• Lead key internal culture projects, including consulting with stakeholders and providing strategic communications advice.
• Lead the planning and implementation of a range of internal communications initiatives including internal events.
• Publish content on internal digital platforms including SharePoint.
• Provide insights-driven reporting to senior management to demonstrate performance of activities.
• Be a team player, and contribute positively to our team's culture.
