In this role you will:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies, working in partnership with business areas.
- Plan and develop a wide range of engaging content for internal channels.
- Develop and maintain strong and productive working relationships with internal business units to ensure effective liaison regarding strategies and messaging to staff.
- Oversee key internal communication channels, including newsletters and relevant digital platforms.
- Lead key internal culture projects, including consulting with stakeholders and providing strategic communications advice.
- Lead the planning and implementation of a range of internal communications initiatives including internal events.
- Publish content on internal digital platforms including SharePoint.
- Provide insights-driven reporting to senior management to demonstrate performance of activities.
- Be a team player, and contribute positively to our team's culture.
