We specialise in providing reliable, high quality and safe transport to older people and people with a condition preventing them from undertaking daily activities.
CTST’s impact is delivered via a workforce of over 350 passionate people, with the majority being volunteers, 90 vehicles, modern and sophisticated systems, great attitudes and, most importantly, we are consumer directed.
Based at our purpose-built office in Glenorchy and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketing, engagement and Communications Specialist to join our team. We’re seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously whilst delivering key operational and strategic programs across multiple platforms.
As a self-driven professional, the successful candidate understands the critical importance of brand promotion and relationship building (engagement) within the community to effectively market our programs and to support our ongoing growth. The successful candidate possesses a strong knowledge of brand and marketing principles with the ability to develop effective and creative marketing strategies. With a demonstrated proficiency and affinity for digital tools and platforms, the successful candidate is a strong communicator able to articulate ideas clearly to connect with our target audiences.
This is a unique opportunity to showcase your ability to drive marketing and engagement activities, develop and implement contemporary marketing and communication plans, and utilise your comprehensive understanding of the modern media landscape to produce compelling content for our various platforms and publications.
About the Position
The primary responsibilities of the position are:
- Design, implement and manage our marketing, engagement and communication programs
- Organise and attend events to promote CTST services and volunteering opportunities
- Plan, coordinate and lead the implementation of marketing and promotional activities
- Develop and manage online content, e-marketing and social media platforms, and company websites and intranet
- Develop promotional print and electronic publications and marketing collateral
- Assist with the design and production of CTST publications including the company’s annual report
- Develop and coordinate brand and marketing campaigns and liaise with relevant stakeholders to support the attraction of new volunteers
About You
If you are an innovative and energetic marketing professional who has the following skills, we would like to hear from you:
- Extensive knowledge of marketing methods, channels, and branding
- Proven ability to engage with the community to develop strong networks and partnerships
- Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across all levels and utilise strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
- Possess an authentic desire to collaborate and innovate
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a changing environment with the capacity to quickly pivot when plans change
- Well-versed in all types of writing from informal to formal with demonstrated capacity for creative and out of the box thinking
- Be a hands-on team player with the ability to deliver operational and strategic functions
- Strong technical capability
- Must hold a current Australian driver’s licence, Working with Vulnerable Persons Card and current National Police Check (or be willing to obtain)
