Appointment to the role is on a fixed term flexible basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight) for two (2) years.

• Develop and deliver effective and professional stakeholder engagement strategies and oversee and provide advice on the development and delivery of communications and engagement activities for the Tamar Estuary Management Taskforce.
• Provide advice and strategies to manage stakeholder issues for the Tamar Estuary Management Taskforce Chair, Chief Executive Officer, Director, Senior Project Manager, and senior Infrastructure Tasmania staff across a range of programs and projects and manage delivery of those strategies.
• Prepare and maintain high level communication and engagement documentation, including speech notes, presentations, briefing materials, Ministerial correspondence and supporting information, to support program and project design, planning, delivery, implementation, and reporting.
• Develop, improve, manage and review appropriate systems, policies, processes, procedures and templates to support effective and efficient communication and engagement activities.
• Work with the Tamar Estuary Management Taskforce Chair, Chief Executive Officer, Director, Senior Project Manager and senior Infrastructure Tasmania staff to develop and implement strategies to improve the stakeholder engagement skills of staff, consultants and contractors involved in Tamar Estuary Management Taskforce work program.
• Report on the effectiveness of stakeholder Engagement and communication strategies.

• A current full car driver licence
