What will you be a part of?
With existing workload and recent project awards in WA, our Engagement and Change team are expanding, with a number of opportunities available and we welcome applications from early career to mid-career level candidates.
We work flexibly across our Perth office, from home, and at our clients’ offices.
Here are some of the key things you will do, to help ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients:
Provide Communication, Change & Stakeholder Engagement advisory and consulting services to public and private clients including transport, water, energy and the built environment.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to prepare communications to communities and industry stakeholders.
Assist in the creation of project milestone communication to gain feedback and to inform the community.
Facilitate workshops or meetings for our clients, with tangible outcomes that align to project objectives.
Having and growing established relationships with a range of clients and critical internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting a pipeline of future opportunities through proposal development.
Write tailored project content for newsletters, social platforms, reports etc.
We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.

This opportunity may suit experienced individuals from a range of professional profiles, however communication and stakeholder engagement experience is essential.
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
A passion for engaging communities and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, including writing for a wide range of audiences and able to communicate complex ideas into plain English.
Ability to manage competing deadlines while delivering quality outcomes.
Love working as part of a team with a passion for client experience.
A demonstrated ability to foster and evolve relationships.
Experience within government agency, consulting engineering or other exposure to the infrastructure industry.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience is important.
