The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, the opportunity has arisen for a new People and Culture Business Partner to join the team. Partnering with Corporate and Community Services, you will have a rich and varied portfolio that consists of stakeholders who value and engage strongly with P&C. We work together to support their service delivery to our communities and to our people.
Our People and Culture team consists of Workplace Relations, Volunteer Programs and People and Culture Business Partnering. We are part of the broader People, Culture and Safety team and work closely and collaboratively with each other to get the best outcomes. This is an exciting time to join the team as we embark on some amazing programs and projects, as well as continuing to add value through our coaching, case management and stakeholder partnerships.
Our Ideal Candidate
First and foremost, we are seeking someone who shares our values and can see how they would align to our mission and vision of partnering with our communities for fullness of life and creating communities where everyone is cherished. It is also important that you enjoy working in a team that is genuinely caring and supportive of each other, and that you want to contribute to that.
You will need to have experience as a Business Partner or Manager, or be a highly experienced Advisor ready to take the next step. Strong and successful experience in case management, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and stakeholder management will be necessary to see your own success in the role. Building and maintaining trusting and strong relationships with your stakeholders will be absolutely integral.
If you have experience in the NFP and/or community services space, that would be brilliant!
