About your role:
As a Senior Contract Administrator at Unita, you'll be at the helm of procurement and project administration, from the initial tender to project completion. Working across unique, high-value projects in a vibrant setting, you'll set the bar high for Contract Administrators and Project Coordinators, but it's not just about contracts; it's about delivering top-notch client service and expertly steering Unita clear of contractual and financial pitfalls. What your days will look like:
Embark on your next career journey as a Senior Contracts Administrator with Unita, ensuring project efficiency, managing paperwork, and resolving contractual issues with finesse. Manage the details, highlight the success and risk factors, and create clear contract pathways to help our teams deliver quality results for our clients. Financial management and leadership are at your core as you coach and guide Contract Administrators and Project Coordinators to success while embodying the values that make Unita great.
What you will bring to the role:
We need someone with an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building solid relationships. If you're proactive, innovative, and always seeking improvement, you'll fit right in! With 5+ years in Contract Administration, possibly a relevant bachelor’s degree in construction management, Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a similar related qualification, and a track record of project delivery, you're exactly who we're looking for.
