About Your Opportunity
You will assist in the management of contractor performance for the Infrastructure Planning & Capital Delivery Group (IPCD). You will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of contract administration services, process and systems improvement and building contract management capability within the group. Your will be a key contributor along with contract managers focusing on ensuring the successful execution and performance of contracts.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage contract administration and technical support for the Group, coordinating internal and external assistance for efficient management of contracts.
- Develop and implement robust systems and processes for the efficient administration of contracts and contractors.
- Provide expert contract administration advice to contract managers and other contract administrators.
- Manage contract administration and technical support for the Group, coordinating internal and external assistance for efficient management of contracts.
- Responsible and accountable for keeping accurate and complete records of business activities in accordance with Seqwater Records Management Policy.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and adherence to contract requirements.
- Analyse contract performance data to generate regular reports to leaders on contract performance, highlighting expenditure and key performance indicators.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essentials
- Demonstrated experience in the administration, financial management and contractor management of professional services and capital works contracts.
Desirables
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Law or other relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position has a salary starting at $104,668 to $115,102 dependant on experience plus 12.75% superannuation and is a fixed term contract until May 2026
