As a result of ongoing growth and advancing conversations with clients, Icon is issuing an expression of interest for a Senior Contract Administrator position based on the Gold Coast.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing contracts for large-scale construction projects from $100m upwards
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including relevant legislation, codes, and standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to contract administration.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- In depth knowledge of SE Qld subcontractor market including strong existing relationships
- Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field are highly desirable.
