Form of workOur client is actively seeking an experienced Senior Contract Advisor to become part of the Major Operations team on a 12-month assignment in Perth, WA. The candidate will collaborate with a client specializing in the Mining Industry. This role offers an opportunity to contribute valuable expertise to the team and engage in significant projects within the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide advice to project managers on the contractual requirements of projects, change management, variation preparation, and claims negotiation.
- Packaging scopes and pricing schedules into RFQ’s for vendors.
- Working with the legal and finance teams to award sub-consultancy agreements.
- Be responsible for the administration of the Client's Company Master Service Agreements with their key clients, including quarterly reporting and annual rate reviews.
- Maintain current MSA pricing information.
- Partake in the bid reviews on high-risk projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in negotiation and resolution.
- Putting together tender packs.
- Administering/tendering/evaluation and award of contracts.
- EPCM and contractor experience.
- 7+ years in a similar position.
