About The Role
As a Document Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in managing document control functions for large and complex projects. You'll serve as the primary interface between project personnel and clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Vendor data
- Setting up and initiating new projects in alignment with our client's standards and client requirements.
- Working autonomously with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Managing multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Creating, maintaining, and implementing project plans and procedures.
- Providing expert advice to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Extensive experience in document control within an engineering or construction office environment. Mining is beneficial.
- Advanced knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and document control processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to manage teams and coordinate complex projects.
- A commitment to health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build constructive relationships across the organization.
