Job Description
We are seeking a Head Cook/Senior Cook to join our team at Haynes!
The Senior Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our new and regular guests.
You'll ensure that all kitchen quality standards are complied with at all times and support the training and development of all kitchen crew,
Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:
Kitchen/cooking experience is great
Interpersonal and people management skills
Is open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
