As a Senior Creative Connections Planner, it is your responsibility to lead the acceleration of integrated campaign ideas cohesively across all owned, earned, shared and paid connections to maximise receptivity and connect meaningfully with consumers.
The role requires you to work with the strategic direction and deliver connected creative solutions, working alongside both internal departments and agency partners to ensure a seamless integration of the campaign idea (strategic platform/ creative platform).

You have 5/ 6 yrs+ experience within the industry and you have a fundamental knowledge of the Australian media landscape across multiple categories.
Effective organisational skills, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills both within the UM Team I SBU Teams & the Client are critical in delivering success in this role.

o Profound knowledge of the services and solutions provided by SBUs and rostered agency partners of UM clients.
o The ability to translate this knowledge in the room with clients and deliver clear and considered recommendation.
o A natural desire to keep up to date with the latest innovations, technologies.
Connection Planning and idea management
o Collaborate with the Strategy team at all relevant stages of the Futureproof Planning process to ensure the campaign idea is accelerated through the Connections Experience Plan and delivering on the strategic architecture.
o Profound understanding of the consumer interactions across different connection points (OESP) and how they are interrelated.
o Prepare & contribute to the Connections Briefing with internal stakeholders (Partnerships + SBUs + rostered client agencies).
o Guide stakeholders, agency partners to reflect strategic platform and the big idea in connection tactics to deliver creative solutions of the highest standards.
o Presents the Creative Connections Experience & ideas to the relevant stakeholders.
Creativity and Ideation
o Equipped with techniques and activities (e.g. divergent & convergent) that help to facilitate creativity.
o Lead the ideation team sessions in conjunction with the Strategy team and relevant SBUs to generate creative & compelling connections idea.
Agency village management
o Inform Client Management & Um Craft teams on delivery timeline & requirements (meetings, resources)
Consumer Experience mapping and framework
o Ability to translate a media plan into a consumer experience map that demonstrates how consumers pass through the journey.
o Connections Framework that outline the role of comms and content mapping.
Campaign and time management
o Execute optimisation recommendations.
o Inform Client Management & Partnerships teams on delivery timeline & requirements (meetings, resources)
o Impeccable time management skills.
