This business supports WFH with 2 days spent at home each week & 3 days on site. The RoleAs a Senior Credit & Collections Officer you will be given a great degree of autonomy to manage your ledger as you see fit. You will take ownership of the ledger and be tasked with driving recoveries in a timely manner. You will maintain relationships with all your stakeholders, which will be key to your success in the role.. The team are a great bunch who celebrate the diversity within their team. No one takes themselves too seriously & they try to see the lighter side in all situations. The business is located in Tullamarine, however after your initial training period you will be offered some flexibility around WFH. Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be responsible for:Evaluate customers' ability to payNegotiate paymentsHandle queriesInvoicingReconciliationsAllocations & Daily BankingAssist in legal escalationsRegular reporting on outstanding debtorsQueries Your ProfileTo be successful in this role you will come from either an Accounts Receivable, Credit Officer or Collections Officer background.
