On a day-to-day basis you will:
Join a team that values the power of data and technology in support development of a comprehensive and pro-active view of Credit Risk taking into account current and changing macroeconomic/regulatory environment. Your work will not just support business decisions but redefine how they're made.
Bridge the gaps between data science/analytics and business applications through gaining a comprehensive understanding of the retail lending process. Work in a dynamic team to develop and communicate data-driven findings and recommendations with compelling clarity to stakeholders at all levels.
Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, with an appetite to adopt new technology and find ways to standardise, simplify and automate business processes

A creative, open-minded approach to problem-solving and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
Have natural inclination to ask "why" and "how" to unveil new ways of assessing risk, predict trends and shape future policies.
Have a STEM background with some hands-on experience using data exploration & analysis tools e.g. SQL, R, Teradata or Python.
Knowledge of developing reports and dashboards using visualisation tools and techniques is a plus.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking. A track of record of translate insights into tangible business outcomes.
Exceptional communications skills, with a talent for making complex subjects understandable.
