THE POSITION
We currently have a position available for a Senior Customer Service Representative Supervisor throughout Brisbane!
This exciting role will expose you to all aspects of car park operations within the Brisbane area, with focus on friendly, efficient Customer Service. On a daily basis, you will have responsibility for the efficient operation of the car parks on the site, providing a great customer experience to the large volume of customers who use the car parks.
Responsibilites:
* General ticket/note/coin jams/malfunctions
* Cleaning of coders & general repairs & maintenance of car park equipment including Ingenico/ Entry & Exit columns/ APM's/ afterhours readers
* Boom gate repairs & maintenance
* Cleaning of carparks
* Vacancy counts
* Regular carpark inspections to comply with OH & S
* Log jobs with Skidata/ Designa after approval by Operations Manager
* The utilisation of Riskware systems for logging hazards/incidents
* Be the first point of call from all carpark attendants
* Utilising Scapp for logging /completing jobs
* Signage - general maintenance
* LED and VRB - general monitoring and resetting if needed
* Correct signs in wind frames
* ITS machine maintenance
* Deliveries of particulars to various carparks
* Assist customers where needed while onsite
* PES
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your friendly and hardworking nature will play a major role in your success. To be successful in this role you will:
* Previous Customer Service experience (ideally in retail environments, call centre operations, or other Customer Service industries);
* Genuine passion for providing excellent Customer Service, and;
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Full Driver's licence with excellent driving skills- must have a manual and automatic drivers license
* Be experienced working in a busy environment
* Have computer literacy
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
* A willingness to learn and grow with the company
* Valet experience preferred, but not essential
Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
