We're on the hunt for a client-facing Senior Cyber Security Analyst with a robust technical foundation and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. If you've got a knack for working independently and thrive in a client security services team, this is your chance to shine!
What You'll Do:
- Monitor & Manage Security Technologies: Keep an eye on various security tools, identify events and risks, and report your findings.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with our clients to ensure their security needs are met.
- Incident Response: React swiftly to high-priority incidents, providing clear communication and effective solutions.
- Proactive Risk Management: Identify, track, and remediate service incidents, vulnerabilities, and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements and automation processes to improve service delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain support documentation and generate insightful reports.
✅ Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, with a background in managing email security, network & cloud security, endpoint security, identity protection, and data protection technologies.
✅Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows & Linux environments, networking, and process automation (Python scripting a plus).
✅ Incident Response: Skilled in investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing containment actions.
✅ Communication: Excellent ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
✅ Security Standards: Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, Australian ISM, and experience with ITIL processes.
✅ Vendor Management: Experience with leading security vendors like Netskope, Proofpoint, CrowdStrike, and others.
✅ Education Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competence.
