The Role
This critical role supports Healthcare business by providing data, reporting, and insights. The Senior Data Analyst will also support various projects and initiatives.
Duties Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, pain points, and opportunities.
- Gather and analyse data for segmentation, modelling, and actionable insights.
- Analyse customer behaviour to create predictive models and forecast business performance.
- Develop customer segmentation models for better management and targeting.
- Measure the success of initiatives, including marketing and operational performance.
- Build data assets to develop dashboards and reports in Tableau.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
About You:
- Strong understanding of the data life cycle and expertise in data transformation, analytics, and dashboard/report development.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems); advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis and proficiency in handling large data sets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; Python knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of MDM and Single Customer View.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality concepts.
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms and data migration projects.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, cleansing, and mining concepts.
