We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.
The role
Reporting to the Coordinator Civil Design & Special Projects, we are seeking two Senior Design Engineers who can bring their skills and experience for:
Design, implement and administer projects within Council's Engineering and Urban Design Programs ensuring the design, production and delivery of allocated projects are within agreed scope, timescales, budgets and in accordance with Council's policies, procedures and technical standards.
To be considered you will have:
- Local government experience is desirable
- A Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects within a structured project management and reporting framework.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including development and management of various projects in a diverse organisation with multiple stakeholders requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders with a broad range of expectations and requirements.
- Proficient in the use of computer software especially in Civil Site Design or Magnet Office and AutoCAD.
