AddressIn this role, you will work with and lead two other more junior designers working primarily on high-end residential projects across Brisbane and SEQ. As a well-respected landscaping brand, they have an ongoing flow of consistent inbound leads. You will be the person who manages the process with clients end to end from inquiry to briefing, prepare the fee and lead the design process and manage the project end to end including fee management, resourcing and timelines. We are open to people who may have some experience leading and area looking for an opportunity to setup or those who have been in leading / design manager roles previously.

This is the ideal role for someone passionate about landscape design, loves seeing projects end to end, has good design sensibility and, but also a realistic approach to design and delivery. You may have worked your way up from being on-site, to learning the design ropes and now your looking for an opportunity to take the lead. You will work with a great team and have support from both your team and leaders to continuously grow.
Ideally, you will have:
- 5 + years in design experience, ideally with a focus on landscaping
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering designs from briefing to project handover
- Enjoy working with people and being client-facing
- Ability oversee multiple projects at once
- Ideally have prior experience with council submission processes
- Ideally have a good understanding of how this are build
- Ideally have experience using Vectorworks, AutoCAD would be great, but we are open to your preferences
