Position Title: Digital Identity - Senior Designer - IAM Architect

About the Client: Our client is a leading technology consultancy, renowned for its innovative solutions across various industries. We are currently looking for a seasoned Lead Solution Architect to drive a high-profile identity and access management (IAM) project for a federal government entity in Australia.

Role Description: In this role, you will be at the helm of a pivotal IAM project, guiding the discovery, design, and architectural processes. Your expertise will be critical in delivering robust IAM solutions tailored to both internal and external stakeholders’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create functional and technical design for both internal and external Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Write use cases and requirements for IAM.
• Draw IAM functional flows across key IAM use cases.
• Work with Multiple Business Stakeholders to provide the best fit for purpose IAM solution.
• Develop detailed functional and technical designs for IAM solutions.
• Craft and document use cases and requirements for both internal and external IAM systems.
• Experience architecting and designing Digital Identity systems based on ForgeRock cloud, ping Authorize, ping Protect, Okta, SailPoint.
• Implement and abide by DevOps best practices and architecture.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in creating functional and technical designs for IAM systems.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive use cases and document requirements for IAM.
• Deep understanding of modern technologies, digital service standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Competence in discussing and negotiating technical aspects with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Digital Identity systems architecture and design, particularly with ForgeRock Cloud, Ping Authorize, Ping Protect, Okta, and SailPoint.

Essential Requirements:

• Must be based in Melbourne.
• Must possess Australian Citizenship due to the governmental nature of the project.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience.
