The Role
As our Senior Digital Designer, you'll be at the helm of our creative endeavours. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating and directing our studio’s digital design outputs. You will ideate new concepts for clients and pitch them, take on a brief and execute visual concepts to excite and delight our stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end digital experiences with skills in UX/UI, brand, product and visual communications.
You will work closely with our most important clients, to build and enhance relationships and nurture accounts and drive strategic growth. You will embrace a collaborative approach to work, while having the autonomy to lead projects under your vision and execution.
You will provide creative leadership across the organisation through quality assurance of the design teams’ outputs, and provide feedback and learnings to your team members to guide them in their careers as Digital Designers.
Responsibilities
- Ideate and pitch work directly to clients to secure proposals
- Respond to briefs, manage client expectations while understanding their requirements
- Develop creative concepts in response to briefs, and manage their execution across digital channels with other design team members
- Project managing creative work to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget
- Contribute to team planning and resourcing to ensure the best teams possible are being created for each project
- Engaging with and managing freelance designers and developers to assist with project deliverables
- Play a leadership role across the agency and provide feedback to other designers to elevate the quality of work across the studio.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years in digital design
- A portfolio showcasing your exceptional talent and creativity
- Proven experience in digital design, including web and mobile applications
- Proven experience working collaboratively in a design team, preferably in an agency environment
- Proven experience with design tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft platforms such as PowerPoint.
