Senior Desktop/Server Standard Operating Environment Engineer
Location: ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC
Role Responsibilities:
# Provide third level support for users and managed personal computing devices.
# Provide broad technical support for project build, test, and solution deployment activities.
# Monitor, tune and maintain ICT software components and perform system testing.
# Consult with the infrastructure team in the design, procurement and deployment of hardware and related assets.
# Schedule and perform regular maintenance and updating of supported products.
# Perform technical operations for ICT solutions.
# Maintain technical system information in service tools.
# Perform daily monitoring activities.
# Support the development of plans for backups and disaster recovery and execute those plans when necessary.
# Perform problem management and root cause analysis.
# Execute technical change management.
# Prepare a range of technical and corporate documentation.
# Escalate issues that adversely impacts on policy, performance and/or service.
# Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure effective and timely implementation of business solutions.
