What's the role?

The Senior Developer/Team Lead role oversees the end to end development and integration of products and solutions across the company. The role has a broad and deep scope, reflecting the diverse range of products and solutions, technologies, designing systems, applications and customer requirements. This includes:

• Developing complex new products to support the development of existing products
• Engaging in complex design tasks and engineering plans to improve and manage technology from concept to delivery
• Coordinating resources to complete projects and designing detailed plans to ensure integrated systems are functioning properly
• Overseeing and reviewing the preparation and creation of instructional material

About the role – what will you be doing:

• Development of cloud based applications
• Working closely with technical staff within EDMI, including software developers, business analysts and firmware developers to deliver complex software solutions
• Testing complex software applications and end to systems
• Participating and engaging in quarterly planning

About you – what you will bring:

• A passion for technology
• A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Extensive experience in .Net and a willingness to occasionally work on projects in other languages
• Able to resolve complex problems that have a wide impact on a team or project
• Must be self-motivated and committed to successful project completion
• Ability to provide mentoring and training for junior team members
