We are seeking a compassionate Maintenance Officer to join our team at Windsor Park Aged Care Home on a full-timebasis; working Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm.
Reporting to our Executive Manager, you will be responsible for minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical maintenance support across the home, all the while providing our residents and their families with respectful and efficient customer service.
Your technical ability, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when completing timely, safe and compliant maintenance tasks, as well as when providing relationship-centred support that ensures the dignity and respect of our residents.
Now... before the staff and residents at Windsor Park get to experience your brilliance, we need to ensure you possess:
- Formal trade qualification or practical work experience, demonstrating basic trade skills.
- Proven “hands-on” experience in service-based industry (preferably aged care sector)
- WA Driver's License
- a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of Influenza vaccination
- full working rights in Australia
