Your New Opportunity
With the support of the Account Director, the Senior Digital Account Manager is responsible for helping drive and delivering digital campaigns and projects for clients, across social, digital display & programmatic, e-commerce and web. This role is a 12-month parental leave cover.
The Senior Digital Account Manager should be the champion of delivering great work (at pace), on time for our client. The client will view you as someone they inherently trust, who meets their expectations and with whom they can have an honest dialogue about making the work better. Your wider agency team will view you as a go-getter, who keeps everyone on track and communicates brilliantly whilst striving for the best creative product that the agency can produce.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the creative development and implementation of digital activities and tactics, working with internal creative, design and development teams
- Coordination between creative services, client and agencies
- Write creative, design and production briefs that build off the client’s brief or insights garnered from working with internal Data & Strategy team
- Manage, develop and build strong relationships with existing clients, new clients and key partners
- Interpreting, questioning and challenging (where necessary) client briefs
- Ensuring client feedback is clear and understood and checking all work against feedback before resupplying to the client
- Manage account finances, developing job estimates, raising and supplying POs, manage project budgets and job reconciliations, and raising draft invoices for works undertaken
About You
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital production role
- An understanding of web development, data & analytics, SEO, SEM, UX and CRO is advantageous.
- A good ability to write concise, clear and well- articulated creative briefs and Scope of Work documents
- Exposure to web usability, information architecture, Web analytics knowledge (Adobe analytics or Google analytics) combined with exceptional Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing, managing and executing projects with the digital space
- Experience in managing deadlines and time estimates
- Advanced knowledge working within a digital team to deliver reporting, understanding digital metrics across display, video, social, programmatic
