About the role:  

Our client is seeking a Senior Digital Healthcare Training Manager responsible for delivering the training strategy and the development, implementation and management of training plans and training team. The training is for a TechnologyOne whole of jurisdiction health care system covering acute, primary and community care.

The role requires excellent knowledge of principles, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to adult education, including a) training needs assessments and analysis; b) training program design and delivery, including e-learning approaches; c) competency-based training; and d) evaluation of training effectiveness.

In this role you will be supporting the improvement of health outcomes and lives of indigenous Australians based in the Northern Territory and boarder areas. You will lead a team of training professional to support clinicians, supporting NT citizens and visitors.

About you:

• Previous experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably as a Training Manager
• High level knowledge of Australian standards applicable to the delivery of training in a clinical health environment
• Well demonstrated application of strategies, tactics and protocols that enable effective relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including those with English as a second language
• High level expertise in training management and change management, including ability to analyse and report on complex issues, evaluate associated benefits and strategies
• It is desirable that you have a tertiary or other qualifications in healthcare
