About the role:

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Digital Ideas Manager to join our Digital Integration and Implementation team based in Sydney. The Senior Digital Ideas Manager is responsible for assisting with the development & strategy of complicated digital integrated campaigns. This is achieved by working closely with The Studio in collaboration with the digital content and commercial teams, to best apply SCA’s digital product suite, in the development and delivery of effective multi-platform client solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and deliver integrated digital campaign strategies across multiple platforms.
• Attend internal sessions and client meetings, focusing on complex briefs.
• Maintain expert knowledge of digital content strategy and audience.
• Collaborate with Digital Commercial Team on complex briefs.
• Provide digital campaign strategy to The Studio team.
• Assist Digital Account Managers and The Studio with brief dissection.
• Identify opportunities for digital product inclusion to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with sales teams to uncover separate digital budgets.
• Ensure SCA’s audio-first strategy is considered in client solutions.
• Attend relevant pitch planning sessions and implementation meetings.
• Assist in developing 'best practice' guidelines for campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee inclusion of custom digital products in client solutions.
• Participate in daily Commercial Content meetings for creative concepts.
• Detail costs and operational impacts for digital campaigns.
• Occasionally facilitate Commercial Content meetings.
• Participate in campaign delivery implementation as needed.
• Maintain expertise in SCA’s digital product suite and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to Digital Account Managers.
• Ensure client solutions are effective and relevant through thorough assessment and inclusion of appropriate digital products.

Experience we’re looking for:

• 2+ years digital media experience in a campaign development or content-based role
• Solid understanding of the digital media landscape
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt using a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to customers both internally and externally.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Superior presentation skills and ability to deliver attractive, accurate and customer focused communication.
