ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready to drive innovation within a leading global retailer? We're seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to join our Ops & Tech (Ecommerce) team and lead the convergence of marketing needs with technical expertise.
As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming marketing needs into cutting-edge Digital Products and features. Collaborating closely with marketing teams, the IT department, and external agencies, your primary goal will be to deliver essential marketing products that ensure a seamless digital journey for our customers. Whether it's enhancing customer-facing platforms or optimising back-end functionalities, your strategic vision will drive continuous improvement.
As a Senior Leader in the team, you will lead and inspire a team of professionals, bringing your strategic mindset to the forefront of our digital initiatives. You will drive the creation and enhancement of digital experiences that elevate our brand and engage our customers.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in Digital Product management within a retail or ecommerce environment.
A passion for technology and digital platforms
You will be process orientated with a results focus attitude
A track record of successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging technologies in the digital space.
