The role.
As a Senior Disability Access Consultant, your role is to oversee all aspects of DDA engagements. You will ensure projects run efficiently and effectively, provide high-level advice to clients and work as part of our team to ensure policies, processes procedures and business targets are met. You are a thoughtful leader, a confident decision-maker, and an effective co-worker who helps people develop and be productive.

The successful applicant.
The successful applicant will be required to provide a range of Disability Access consultancy services both regulatory and administrative to meet or exceed client expectations and is required to hold the following experience, skills, attributes and qualifications:
- Completion of Certificate IV in Access Consulting (or Diploma)
- Experience in Disability Access compliance assessments of commercial buildings, public spaces and public transport buildings
- Knowledge of:
- NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Design Standard
- Livable Housing Australia (LHA)
- Changing Places Design Specification
- Ability to prepare and review Performance Solutions against the Access provisions in the Building Code of Australia
- Highly motivated and customer-focused
- Excellent communication, written and IT skills, paired with an acute attention to detail
- Ability to lead and work within a team
